Having no active phone line for 11 days was incredibly distressing.īy way of background, we have been with Optus for our business land line and internet for almost 2 years.Īfter several (10+ lengthy (a day or more) of phone and internet drop outs) over the past two years where we decided to switch from Optus to a new provider. ![]() We own and run a mechanical workshop and 99% of our bookings are made over the phone.
